1. For designs using CAD, this is the first step in the production process. A scaled technical drawing is created, marrying the ring’s design and structural components.
2. From there you can review the rendered images, give feedback on the initial design, and make adjustments if needed.
3. Your ring is cast in your chosen metal and the mount is given to the jeweller for a stringent quality assurance check before further work is carried out.
4. The jeweller then hand assembles the individual pieces and manually finishes the casting to the perfect size and shape.
5. Your chosen diamond or gemstone, and any other accent stones, are then expertly set into your ring before the jeweller gives your ring its final polish and check to ensure it looks perfect for your proposal.
